During your first appointment, you will be warmly welcomed by your dedicated menopause specialist, who will take the time to thoroughly understand your current health status, lifestyle habits, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you choose to attend in person or via a secure virtual consultation, this is a confidential and safe space where you are encouraged to share your concerns, expectations, and personal experiences. Everything you discuss will inform the creation of a bespoke care routine, thoughtfully tailored to support you at every stage of your menopausal journey.
2. Receive your tailored Menopause & Perimenopause Care Plan
Following a comprehensive review of your medical history, current symptoms, and personal health goals, your specialist will develop a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
This plan may include a coordinated series of appointments with other expert practitioners and carefully selected therapies, all aligned to your individual needs. In some cases, your menopause specialist may recommend one of our pre-designed programmes to address a set of menopausal symptoms with targeted, expert-led care.
